New Bushes/Rubbers.... Possible GROUP BUY... UPDATED!!!!!

I'm doing some upgreades/maintainence on my car.
I am pretty sure it need new Suspension bushes (I think thats the name).

What should I go for?? I think the car is firm enough. It have a Selby fron sway bar and no rear (although it's about to). The sway bars have yellow rubbers on them, not sure what they are though.

So, any ideas?

I have the super-pro bushes in the car. Cost is around $600 for all of the bushes, excluding sway bars. I have had these on two MX-5s now, in combination with Eibach/Koni and now Tein Flex suspension. I love them and highly recommend them. They are cheaper than Mazda rubber OEM and will more than likely outlast the car.

If you think your car is firm enough now, you NEED to drive a car with on-standard bushes - they will dramatically alter the feel of the car in terms of responsiveness (the plus), but adversly affect the comfort of the ride.

Only you can tell if you like the result.

They offer a 10% discount to car club members. I think I paid around $595 two years ago. Fitted them myself. Sh1t of a job.....but you really get to know your car

Superpro also sell Tein gear, and according to their website have specd Tein shocks to suit the Aussie market, I think Ted from this forum was involved in that. Thye have also released a new set of bushes to match Tein shocks.

i recently replaced every bush in my car with superpro ones.

there was around 32 of them including the swaybar ones.

it made a massive improvement to the car allround..
i found the ride actually got better, but i think that is because my old bushes were that shagged.

Totally agree with you. The ride is firm, but not harsh.

Also, I first installed a set on a MX-5 with shagged shocks. Just replacing the bushes made a huge difference. Then I installed a Eibach/Koni combination, took it to another level again.

Jeff they supplied and fitted my Teins as well. No reference to Tein on their website( only had a quick look).
I haven't had the bushes changed yet, car is 11 years old , 65000klms, probably will need to because of age rather than klms!!
