Hey All,

I'm still tossing up the idea of getting a new set of 17\" Rims.
I've got an NA6 with NA8 Brakes and looking at a nice set of rims in 17x7.
They are available in +42 and +47 offets, just wondering which is best suited??

Thanks in advance
Rod.

+17 would be better..... Definitely +42 over +47, but you're still going to end up with wheels that are over an inch inboard from the edge of the guards

go here and have a play.

but basically 1inch wider (25mm or so) or 12.5mm each side pluse your offset difference.

+42 is better out of the two. However I've found that for a 7\" wide rim, it looks better with a +40 or lower.

If you don't want to roll your guards, anything from +40 to +30 should look pretty schmick :)
