I want to get rid of my King Springs. I would like to swap them for Stock Springs so if anyone with a good pair of stock spring (prefer NAs as they don't seem to sag like NB's do) all you have to do is get them swaped and they are all yours. I live on the lower North Shore and don't want to travel far if I can avoid it.

There ride quality is garbage. I don't mind a firmer spring but these are not progressive which makes them useless for street use in my opinion. They have just made a harder spring not a better one.

You can order both types from memory. Mine on the NA were the STD ones and yes they are a tad stiff.

If they are low they should be progressive, std height comes in linear. From my experience King springs have a very hgh and cosistant quality. I have a set of king lows all round and have been extremely happy with them. They reduce body roll and response without a noticeably harsh or harder ride.

Mine were lowered (darn speedhumps!) and definately weren't progressive, but their range may have changed now as this was a few years back.

That is entirely possible, they do change and update thier range occasionally. I would seriously recomend the current progressive rate springs. I have had mine in for a few months now and am more than happy with them.
