does any one here even bother doing them? & at what time frames?
just replaced my set of cheapies from a Tempe Tyres package deal with some new Bridgestones
the rears definately needed doing, didn't really last too long but the fronts still had fair tread left.
besides getting a more even wear on all tyres for even performance all round, i can't really see a point, plus with our cars it's always recommended to have the better tyres upfront too. so why not just leave them, run the rears down, then move the fronts to the rear & get new tyres for the fronts?
tyre rotation?

Some people like to buy 4 new tyres all at once.
Some people also like to use road tyres on the track - which means their front left is dead well before the right rear... So they need swapping.
