What make of wheels are these?

Postby Steve Tinker » Wed Aug 23, 2006 1:16 pm

These 15\" wheels have no manufactures name apart from T's (capital T, apostrophy, small s) in one of the front spokes and the weight (5.5 Kg), offset (35) & a small Bridgstone style B on the rear centre piece.
Anyone have any idea of manufacturer or how good a quality they may be....

Sorry Russ, I don't have a digital camera at my disposal - plenty of old fashioned SLR equipment out of the dark ages, but nothing modern.
Yeah, I know, must drag myself into the 21st century, but the bills just seem to keep on rolling in & keeping me poor (excuses, excuses).

Any help identifying these wheels would be appreciated.

Is this what they look like? These would have to be one of the lightest 15\" wheel ever. Two piece design with a spun rim and forged centre welded together. I saw these ones at MX5 plus.

OMY005 / adamjp - those are the wheels I have just bought, 8 spokes not 10 - thanks a million guys. :P
I had never heard of Bridgestone wheels before - they seem to be very well made and weigh in @ 5.5 Kg. I'm in the process of beadblasting the paint and once I have finished that I will buff the polished alloy outer rims. Not sure what colour to paint the centre pieces - shadow silver or black would suit my Crystal White car....

That looks really goood in gloss black Andrew.
It's only since looking at different colours for my wheels I've come to realised that the design / size / colour can literally make or break a car. We should all have 2 or 3 sets of wheels to fit when the mood or drive suits....
