tein flex help

I've just installed my tein flex and need some advice on the right ride height including shock body height and the easiest way to do it without taking the wheels on and off 10 times.
Hi Mossy, do you have instructions for them? I have a copy that I used for my Flex, I might be able to scan it and sent it to you.
