You buy the whole hub; the bearings aren't serviceable. It's not hard but research http://miata.net/garage for the right torque settings etc.

I Just did mine recently, as rhysk said you buy complete hubs, i paid $70.00 for the pair from CBC Berings. Insallation is a breeze
