Best shocks to go with Kings

I know this question is a bit of a personal preference, but what's a good shock to go with King springs??
Two brands I have considered are the Koni's and KYB AGX's. I can get the KYB's for around $80-100 less for a set of 4. I know that the KYB's have more adjustability, while the Koni's have height adjustment. I'm planning to go on track in the next few months, but it will mainly be dríven on public roads .
I know tha I can't go wrong with the Koni's, so my main question is how well do the KYB's match the King's. Thanks for your time.
Edit: My car is an 89' NA6

Konis & kings are avery simple but very effective combo. Once you've found your sweet spot you rarely adjust them.
Your car will become a weapon on any backstreet or racetrack. provided your skills are half decent.
by the way....it would be nice to tell us the results in your other post.

If the question revolves around a price difference of $80-$100 for a set - Konis is the answer.

Thanks for the replies.
Some of you might know that I was after new shocks. Well, I just found out that my shocks are made by KYB, and adjustable. I believe it's the Super Special for street to be exact, and sold in Japan only (mines a 89' import). Previous owner had set it to the softest setting, so not I've set it harder to see if they still "bounce". Hopefully it's still ok or else I'm back to square one....with an option of a rebuild. Fingers crossed.
