2001 RS Spec Bilsteins now on my NB8A - What r they exactly?

Hi all,
I recently had a SH set of bilsteins and springs installed on my NB8A by Mania. Simone told me they were from a 2001 Model RS Spec limited edition model from Japan (apparently came standard with my susp, a torsen and 6 speed) and had done 20k. I really just needed new shocks and at 35% cheaper than konis and kings (installed) seemed like the way to go, and i could lower it later if desired.
When I was having them installed Dave said to me "hope you don't have any fillings" . As the springs are black he thought they may be clubman springs (and I know the reputation of the bilsteins in the NA clubmans)
So far I have found them great though, a drastic improvement over the very tired (80k) originals that were in the car, the ride is firm but not bone jarringly so, grip greatly improved. My last car was an MR2 that nearly rode on the bump stops though so perhaps that has desenitised me on the ride quality front!
My questions are what was an RS spec 2001 model - rare?
The shocks themselves are yellow and springs black as I said, are these something similar to what you would find on an SE for example?
I still have the standard sways on it, handles well (the old road at my old corner speeds is certainly less of a challenge now ) though in certain situations it has understeered more than I expected. What would be a good sway combo for this setup?
Appreciate your comments
Cheers
