Lots of nice rims here.
Until I can afford and decide on which way I want to go, I've been playing with my daisies. Were gold, got sick of that so painted them black. This has inspired me to concentrate more on saving for my suspension set up because honestly, I really dig the black stockies..........just need the guards draped over them.

17x17 and want spacers? Any more photos? Not usually a fan of 17's on NA's but that doesn't look too bad.

I've got a set of VS-XX I've never used on the car, 17x7.5 +28 & 17x8 +22. They're bloody heavy bastards.

Just picked up a set of Compomotives from someone on here, 14x6 Minilite/Watanabe style, they're orange atm but I might clean them up and spray them black tomorrow if I can be bothered. Thinking I'll go get the car out of storage when it cools down a bit tonight and swap the wheels over after they're painted, I like having the Mk3's on it but I want to go back to a more traditional look for a while. They're not going to fit over the SE brakes I bought a few weeks ago though :(

Think of those minlites as a canvas. Since your car is a neutral colour, you could consider all kinds of lairy/gay colours for them and go attention whoring. ;)

I've seen it done before and if you're just whacking on a colour with a spray can, it can be just a bit of fun before you decide if you really want to keep them on the car. You could polish the rim part if you were really keen!

I do kind of want to paint the centres of my Mk2's Takata green though

I'm wondering what my MK2's would look like with light-bronze coloured center... Wish I could separate them for prep!

A-type Watanabe, 14x6.5 +9.5 and, of course, RE001's in 185/60. Wish they came in 195/60 but ah well.

They came with the matching wheel nuts (nice surprise!) and they still have the original watanabe valve stems/valve caps too!

I had some of those too, but mine were 14x6.5 +14.5. Probably one of my favourite sets of wheels I've had on it

Would it be terribly hard to paint the centres of these green without taking them apart, or would I be better off doing it properly (I just don't want to have sealing issues afterwards)

Pretty sure they're welded 3-piece anyway... so disassembly involves a lathe or some mad skills with an angle grinder.

Resealing would be easy enough.

If those are Bensale's old wheels they're Panasport from memory.

I know, splitting hairs etc.
