Yes, cleared the brakes fine as you can see from another head-on photo here. Got them from tirerack.com - I ask them for the cheapest/slower shipping.
Very happy with how light they are - 10 lbs each.

Hey markwid, they told me there was no cheaper option than the standard ups/whatever they initially offer.
Do you mind sharing what service and price?

All done by tirerack. I looked up the invoice. The shipping was via FedEx INTL Economy - USD 240 for the set of 4 wheels.

How much is the quote you got?

I got this from Tire Rack a couple of weeks ago.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the question, sorry for the delay. The Tire Rack cannot export Yokohama tires, sorry. Let me know if you would be interested in another brand. Our least expensive shipping is FedEx International Economy (6 Day) and for four tires this size the cost is approximately $280.

Thank you,
Seth

Ahhhh okay that's what they quoted me without me asking for the cheapest, so I thought there was a step below cost wise.
Still reasonable considering it's only twice what it costs to ship a set of wheels from Syd to Melb.

Looks good!
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
