I would avoid coilover sleeve kits at all cost.
Even if you're not spending big bucks, if you want adjustability, then just get a coilover kit with a threaded body. It might not be the best solution but at least it works.
It's all good and fun creating a frankenstein suspension setup, but once it f**ks up while you're driving, you won't be laughing anymore.
