AK, he said he didnt have any power steering for an NA6 so I left it at that.

So what was the cost all up?
UK since return: Standard NC2 (horrid), C200K, ND2 BBR, NC2 BBR200 (loved it), NC BBR300 (better than BARMY), V-Special, turbo NB8B (my 84th car)

Re ECU, there should be somewhere near the thermostat a tied off female bullet connector plugged into nothing. This gets plugged into a pin on top of the PS pump, which principally gets the ECU to boost the idle speed when the pump is loaded at idle.
