Do you have standard sway bars front & rear? If not, what thickness are they?

the mania website doesn't have any numbers either, but unless you specified really thick swaybars i would expect that you've got 24mm front & 14mm rear.

given you have thicker front & rear swaybars on a lowered car & an endlink has broken, it would be worth checking if there's preload from the angle of the swaybar arm ends in relation to the ground (i.e. see CT's post above). but given Josh reckons 30-50mm lower is not a problem, i wouldn't have thought 2mm thicker swaybars front & rear would break endlinks. may be you're over 50mm lower &/ or have really thick swaybars, in which case adjustable endlinks might be the way to go. or may be an endlink got damaged from road debris?

If you got them from Maina and they are a Signiture bar, they will be either 22mm or 24mm front.
rear will be 16mm unless otherwise specified.

I would look into that, we have done countless MX5's over the last 20 years, big sways and lowered and not really had dramas with the links, maybe check that they were not over tightened or put on at the wrong angle?
