wet grip good. 1st 3 weeks using them was full of qld storms and floods.
used about 0.3mm for 1300km for street driving with weekly spirited mountain runs.. so i'll get 20-25,000km out of them.

My set are on
At first driving it out of the tyre shop
Steering was just shocking light
And tyres weren't gripping as good as I thought
but after a few ks the coating i assume started to wear off and its sticky

38 psi is track pressure Tien, ok on nice smooth bitumen, but they'll probably shake your back teeth out on suburban roads, I'd advise 34 - 36 all 'round for street.........don't run different pressures f & r, in a well balanced car like the MX-5, it'll only upset things
Don't worry about what people think, they don't do it very often

YEEEE-HA!
These tyres are AWESOME on the track.
zero squealing, plenty of bite.
Very communicative when the rear-end lets go, and all you do to adjust your line is simply push and release the loud-pedal
The outside shoulder-block showed minimal sign of wear at 38psi cold/42psi hot.
I managed to cut more than 2 seconds off my time without seeming to try much harder than usual.
I will definitely get these again.
Oh.... one thing about these tyres though.... they are HEAVY!
Hopefully this means high-quality rubber and strong innards.
