Boags directed me to an e-Bay merchant, mine are on the way from the US for under $500 including air freight, and I'll fit them myself. Will be a steep learning curve, but the instructions on Goodwin Racing's website look easy to follow.

Really straight forward. It makes you wonder how some places say it's a 5 hour job

Fulcrum said it would be a 3 hour job, and still wanted to charge me $1500 :shock:

Of course that is alligned aswell, but sheeeeesh. :roll:

That sounds about right for the time. I supose you get peace of mind knowing they do a good job.

AGX settings depend on tyres too. I originally had hard tyres when I got the AGXs and anything over 3 (out of 8 on an NA) gave nil traction and felt way too cruel on the body work except out on something really smooth like a skid pan.
Now wearing soft, compliant Yokohama C.Drives and can drive round town at 5 and not feel like the body's being shaken to pieces. Best balance now seems like 3 for daily driver, 5 on good highways/twisties and 7/8 for track/skid.

just took the car for its first real blat on the OPH yesterday....the KYB's and Kings have absolutely transformed the mx5....i was taking the corners around 10-15km/h faster than with the stock setup...so much more fun....
