Those black wheels look awesome butters! Would love a set for my malibu 8)

Oh well, when my cannondale rush arrives in a week or so I won't be so bothered....it will probably lead to me ignoring my 5 for a while

Hey hegzie, personally I think a wheel with a black centre and polished rim would really suit our Malibu Golds. These are Chaparral wheels, same as those on Peter's (pcmx5) '97 LE, but with a different finish.

No, not yet! I am hoping to get a chance to find that pesky relay and test it on sunday! Hopefully the threads from here have finally located it :!: I hope to put in the extra antennae for my GPS on the roll bar too! 8) Been very difficult to find much free time in the last 12 months! Sheesh, I haven't even had a chance to make it to a run yet!

Yum, Juffa! 8) Stop tempting me with such delights! Although, surely seeing as I spent do much on a second wheelset for my new pushie, surely I can buy those for the malibu! Don't want her getting jealous!

Ripspeed in the US; current quote to Aus; around $1300 here including nuts etc;15x7,38mm offset; they also come in Gunmetal and gold and have now been modified to fit the later, bigger, brakes.

They look to me like "Black" (brand not colour!)wheels and if they are 14 inch they are typically about $50 each in that sort of condition.

I too have a set in my garage and at one stage when my wheel fetish was at its worst had 20 of them!

They are very light however.
