The ones I bought were 400 front 300 rear, and they are really nice for road driving, you can stiffen the shock right up or leave it at the lowest setting, which was way too bouncy, my ones are set somewhere between 7-10, I’m not 100% sure because I turned it up a few clicks then drove it and turned it a bit more and so on
