People will always have their own opinions on what's fair.
UK since return: Standard NC2 (horrid), C200K, ND2 BBR, NC2 BBR200 (loved it), NC BBR300 (better than BARMY), V-Special, turbo NB8B (my 84th car)

Maybe 131 was after the tolerance factor was deducted.
Btw, in Vic for many years it had been 130 & you were walking, now 125: http://www.camerassavelives.vic.gov.au/ ... e+amounts/
