Not correct. YHI is the distributor (they are huge) and from memory, they did manufacture for Enkei. One of their Konig wheels looks very much like the RPF1 but with more dish and different offsets. Another model they used to have looked like CE28s - they were pretty good too. I had a set of them on a Hyundai Matrix (Lavita)...yup...

Hmm. That must be an interesting relationship. One manufacturer distributing another manufacturer's wheels. I am sure there is more to it.

Not really. Motorola used to supply Nokia and Ericsson with many components, and such relationships still exist.

YHI is a contract manufacturer as well as a distributor business, and they would most likely have a licencing agreement of some sort. A lot of companies don't have the capacity to manufacture their products. Look at Toda's site - you'll see they are a company of about 60 people...do you think they can manufacture anything close to what they produce?
