Hi all.
Inspected my guards last night and looks like they were rolled in the past. Either that or the lip along the top of the guard is always bent all the way around.
How should the stock guards look along the inner lip? 90 degree bend only?
Cheers

Front or rear?
I know the rears are a 90deg bend all the way around, but I'm fairly certain the fronts aren't.

Worth mentioning that three of the four guards have no paint cracking. So either the rolling job was really good or its like this from factory. Hence why I'm seeking advice.
Thanks

Didn't realise you replied, sorry
Both front and rear are bent more than 90 degrees at the top of the guard.

Re: Guards rolled or not.
Fronts are usually bent up inside the guard a little, since the guard liner attaches to them
Rears are usually around 90degree, often a little more.
I dont think Mazda were particularly concerned with getting the inner lips exact when the panels were stamped, since they're not really visible.

Thanks for the responses.
I'm pretty sure they're rolled now. The fronts don't connect to the guard liner and all guards are almost lipped the full 180 degrees.

Oh yeah, if the lips are folded nearly 180 that's certainly not factory.
The paint may have been resprayed, or the person who rolled the guards knew how to do it without damage (usually going very slowly, and using a haet gun to warm the paint and soften it before the bending)
