That sounds like a good idea, he can then compare directly to the BC units that he uses and you could have a go of his car and see what a Mazda3 feels like to drive...... :mrgreen:

sailaholic is again correct and my bad for any perception I created. MCA do start with BC's however internals and other parts are MCA's own design. They have offered to fix my BC ER's when I get them up there, as the external canisters on the fronts have been snapped off. Plan is to have the canister remote mounted. My plan is to have the BC's replaced in 2016 anyway.

Happy to let you have a drive at Plus tomorrow of my setup 9/6 (BC ER's in the rear and Pedder's stuff in the front).

They DO NOT start with BCs. Not even one piece.

MCA have previously offered (as you have mentioned) to rework other brand shocks but are stopping the practise due to rumours circulating that they start with X brand and the damage it is doing to the MCA brand.

If you buy MCA blues or Reds they are 100% MCA from the Design file to your doorstep.

OK I stand corrected, actually sitting at the moment.

Anyway I'm still swapping to MCA's in 2016 just need to decide on spring rates.

The mca springs are cheap Mark, half the price of the kings race series springs. Will see you tomorrow anyway :beer:

+1 for MCAs.
I bought a set of Blues with 10/6 springs at the start of this year and cannot be more happy.
I drive it about 20kms to work every day, and the roads arent the best, but the MCAs still hold up well in controlling the bumps.
Even though 10kg/mm seems like a decent amount to have on the street, they still feel comfortable on normal roads.

Looks like the MCA's are the way to go!

Hopefully I'll be able to make a move over the next few months along with a few other bits & pieces.

Looking to get the most out of my current set up & learn the car on the track that little but better between now & the end of the year... Then hopefully I'll be able to get the maximum benefit out of the new set up
