Im not familar with them though you may want to be a bit more specific.
i think you will find the model of tyre is more important than the manfactuer.

Most track drivers say they are crap. Saying that I have the ATR sports and find them to have good grip on the street.
They came with my new wheels. When they wear out I'll replace them with KU31s.

The Achillies ATR sport is popular with drifter's, probably because they are cheap and come in a wide range of sizes, for street they would be fine.
The 123S is the semi slick but only available in limited sizes, you would have to check them, Iv heard these are quit good though. Again you get what you pay for so I dont know if they would be as good as the KU36 or RSR but I havent heard anything bad about them.

I have used ku31 and re001 for street use.
i am currently on the rsr bandwagon. Let me say, no matter how wet, if you manage to lose traction make the most of it because 1 second later you will regain it.
