Jack the car up and check for out of round on all wheels and tyres and for wobble in driveshafts and tailshaft.

Yea I doubt its the tailshaft. Yes I remember swapping the wheels front to back but I still haven't ruled them out since Im yet to try a completely different set of wheels. Also since the (well known and recommended) wheel alignment guy said there is atleast one wheel that's out of round. Meaning all the wheel aren't that great but one (passenger rear) was out of round, Id put money on that's the issue. Im going to put the stupid wheel barrow tyre (space saver) on it on the weekend and see if it changes anything.

Finally found a solution to this problem today. Turns out it is the wheels. Thanks to Magpie I got to try a set of 15" wheels and go for a decent drive and I couldn't feel the vibration at all really. Stoked its nothing major now to save up and buy a set of wheels :)
