A little hard to explain but each end of OEM endlinks only rotates on one axis. If the bar tends to shift one way or the other you can fix it by bending the endlinks until they automatically self centre the bar. Rose style ends links have an extra free plane of movement and you can't do that.

If you have a close look at pretty well any aftermarket bar you'll find their manufacture is pretty rural. I suspect most of them are bent and have the ends flattened by hand, so uneven twist of the end flanges is pretty much the rule. Whiteline is not alone with this - but it's the usual root cause of the problem.

Because Drek has these endlinks then keepers might be the only solution. I don't blame Whiteline for not supplying them in the past and I don't blame Drek for needing them. There are some performance advantages in using those links. Maybe Emilio should advise that keepers may be required with that style of endlink.
I'd dissagree. I have seen many cars your rose joint endlink and not have issues. Yes there is movement, but we are talking 10-15mm. Nothing that is out of the ordinary. A stock swaybar will move 5-10.

If there is more movement than that, it's normal only in one direction, and caused by incorrectly lengthed endlinks.

I agree with this statement, having adjustable endlinks means you can take any preload out or put preload on. How much preload you want is a decision to be made knowing the outcome. It is not just a case of putting adjustable endlinks on and assuming that they will fix a problem, incorrectley installed adjustable end links can cause more problems.

The best way to remove preload (or put in on) with adjustable endlinks is with corner weighting. When you corner weight, you do it with the endlinks disconnected. Once you have the car corner weighted you hook the endlinks back up and then adjust them so that corner weights match what they were prior to attaching them, simple. For putting preload on you decide how much and adjust the endlinks accordingly.
