NA front bumper dull

My bumper was really dull compared to rest of car,
so I sprayed it with clear coat and polished out the orange peel and it looks as good as the rest of the car now
It's not perfect but it's a lot better and only cost me $10 from Auto one ...

lol good job. did you sand back the old clear?

real test will be after some good rain. if you did a crap job, then the clear will blister when the water gets underneth it.

No I didn't sand it as it was dull I figured it was good enough for paint to key to, however I did remove the lights etc not just mask round them and I scrubbed it with a green scourer the sort you do the dishes with and hot soapy water to make sure it was thoroughly clean and free of grease, I was aimimg for a quick cheap fix not a professional job and it looks great..

Interesting approach, well done!

I was going to suggest Megs ultimate cut, then wax & polish, and then reapply every 6 months, but for $10 and you're happy, you can't beat that!
