Coil over shocks Bump stop replacement

Postby Glennb » Wed May 22, 2013 11:00 am

Hi, Has anyone replaced the Bump stops on Bilstein shocks? I recently purchased some replacement Fatcat bump stops and dust covers for my Na6. I am wanting to know the best way to remove the shaft collar so that the stops can be slipped onto the shaft. Can I reuse the collars or do I need to replace them? Do the collars need to be re-crimped onto the shaft? Thanks for your help. Glennb
