OMGPham Frame Rail Braces with 21 point bolt in cage

Is there any point of me gettting the OMGpham frame rail braces, with my car already having a full 21 point bolt in roll cage. and a front/back bolt in underbody braces..

It is quite stiff as is, but I can still feel the odd flex/shimmy here and there.

By full 21 point you obviously mean a Cusco Safety 21 bolt in cage. Depends what you are settting the car up to do. You want some flex in the car, or suspension at least so it doesnt snap out on you without waning. If you are drifting then maybe go as stiff as possible. I dunno it depends on what you are after. I have frame eails in mine and find that i corner a lot flatter as the mid ship flex is greatly reduced.The trade off is a bumpier ride though. I guess just ask yourself if you need it.

I doubt a bolt in cage even does as little as the frame rails for stiffness, what the frame rails do do though is give a great jacking pint and protection for the undercarriage.

i must say i put the FM frame rails in after a roll bar and did notice a difference.

but as dann says it makes for excellent jacking points. and protects those bits from speed bumps etc also as mentioned.

also if you are in for track racing/time attack they make great mount points for a bolt on flat floor.

The bolt in cage does make a good amount of difference, if you dont believe me come and drive my MX.

Its stiff, but can feel the flexing in the front section cause of it.

So the consensus would be to get the frame rails.
