Na and nb models are 4x100.
sE factory wheels look nice but the smaller sized rubber compromises comfort and performance.

Re: NB 4x100 or 4x114.3?
SE (or MSM, the SE is known as the MAZDASPEED Miata in the rest of the world) wheels are 4x100 17" and are VERY heavy (around 8Kg) which is unsuitable for a track car and when combined with the stiff SE/MSM springs, aren't very comfortable to drive on in the street (when you hit a pothole you'll want to stop and check your rims because you'll swear you've just dented them).
The ONLY reason 17" rims were put on the car were for marketing reasons; according to the marketing "knobs", customers demanded 17" rims and it made the car more appealing than a standard NB. I want to personally kick those guys in the balls for making this decision!
Many SE/MSM owners, including myself, have upgraded to 15" or 16" rims. These are lighter and the 15" tyres are a LOT cheaper than 17" tyres so in the long run it's worth switching to smaller rims. There are more 15" tyre options available than 16" tyres so 15" rims are the most common after-market SE/MSM rims.
You should consider joining http://www.mazda-speed.com/forum2/index.php too, it's specific to MSM/SEs and they can always use a few more Aussies - just don't mention anything about gun control, they're all "gun-nuts" in the US it seems.

Nah, just a lot of bad memories after driving the car from Melbourne to Brisbane via the Newell highway on the OEM rims. The drive knocked the crap out of my joints so it can't have been much good on the car either.
Just in case anyone missed my point, 17" RIMS DON'T BELONG ON AN NA OR NB!

if it was 4x114.3 we would have a crap load more wheel options.
