wheel alignment/gaurd rolling [NC]

So my rims are nearly finished being machined (center bore).

My next plan of attack is guard rolling/wheel alignment. I have a few questions -

1. do i get the guard rolling done before the wheel alignment? I have read that a wheel alignment will change the wheel clearance so maybe the alignment first? wheels are 17x9 +40 with 225/45 all round.

2. Anyone know any decent places in Melbourne (prefer east) that know what there doing when it comes to wheel alignment? I am a total noob when it comes to wheel alignment, all help much appreciated.

I would get an alignment done prior to guard rolling, it's also my intention in a few days time to do this!
