SP Brake pads

Postby acidkid » Thu Sep 16, 2010 1:47 pm

Hey guys just wanted some advise on some pads. My SP is due for some new pads and just seeing what are your opinion on which ones to go for? I read the QFM are popular and the HPX have good feedback but they dont have any in stock and its 3 - 4 weeks to make a set. My friends recommended Project Mu pads so just wondering if anyone has any experience with them or anything else you would recommend. Thanks in advanced.

All depends on what you do with your car. :?:

Is it street only or do you regularly track it?

If it’s just street with the odd track day you can get EBC Red Stuff from MX5Parts in 5 days for around $130.

If you track it regularly then you need to look at say the Yellow Stuff or swap the pads on track days to Hawk Blues, available from Mania.
