Well said Joe, though I'm sure the original comment was only intended as a bit of interstate jest. Perhaps if the numbers of entrants grow sufficiently at the QLD trackdays, then they might justify establishment of a club championship like we have in NSW and VIC (and recently WA too?). Being able to compete against other drivers in similar spec cars is a great way to develop skills and it's fun too. Yes you can do that without strict classes but there will always be questions about just how "equal" two cars might be.
