Wheel nuts!
Tell me where can I get some quality wheel nuts for my NC?
Need some decent, preferably light ones for my track wheels...and a set of valve stems as well.

Graystons ally from Meridian $9 ea
949 Racing from MX5 Centre @ $7.50ea
and stems at $4

Or McGuards...Is there a supplier in Sydney?

Any others?

Thanks!
Rob

I think turbo XS has the litest nuts made of titaninum. I kinda want to get a set but its a bit expensive.

949 Racing nuts in black arrived today.
When the postie handed me the package it was so light that I thought I'd only got a part order but not so.
22 wheelnuts in black look absolutely amazing with a much larger seat to fit the steel insert in my wheels.
The valve stems, 8 of them, look great with a tapered sealing plug and an external sleev'nut to tighten them.

Thanks James & MX5 Centre for the prompt service. :D

and Hellmun, after you see them, you'll agree that they aren't a waste of dough. :)

How heavy are the 949 racing nuts should weigh them before you angle grind them down to take smaller sockets etc.

I know the titaninum ones are like 11 grams or somethng stupid.

Just weighed one of my 949 lugs. 22 Grams. Had mine nearly 2.5 years, still very happy.
Make sure you have the right size socket for them, I didn't and got stranded!
