OK, before I rip out these JDM RS spec springs/shocks I have on the GM, can anyone tell me:
what rate are the springs?
Will swapping the springs for another rate give me a better ride, or do I have to replace/revalve the shocks too?
Love to hear from someone who has been through this...

I think the RS springs are the same as the 10AE, which are about 10% stiffer than the regular ones.
The Bilsteins should be able to handle a slightly stiffer spring; you can always revalve if necessary.
