New alignment for different wheels??

When you put on larger rims with wider rubber on a stock car do you have to get a new alignment?

Technically I have raised the height of the car due to the slighly larger wheel, so am I now riding with less camber??

Does a wider tread give you more or less toe in etc?

While I cannot answer your questions re camber/ride height... I would suggest you should get a wheel alignment.

I would just leave it, wheels wont change it much.

if you're due for an alignment soon anyway, just wait.

however this is from a person who got bigger wheels and their car lowered without getting an alignment done :P

as long as your rolling diameter does not change it will not matter re the wheels. But lowering the car will change your alignment settings - sometimes quite a bit.

larger wheels & tyre comination will not change the camber but will give you slightly wider track on the same allignment & same offset. but its prolly hardly worth a mention.

I'd be getting an allignment with new tyres regardless
