I'd be checking the weight of the SP rim. Noting that the SP is a lot heavier than the NC, I'd suspect that the rim will be likewise.
As you want to use them as a track rims any extra weight will add to your lap times. And I’m not talking suspension reaction times here merely that you have losses due to the additional weight your motor needs to turn.
If you are serious about your times and your hip pocket you really need to look at 16” rims. The cost for 17” R spec tyre is about $100 per unit more than 16” so your cheap rims may not be cost effective.

yeah i know this could be a fact to look in to but i use track days more for fun and i like to kill the back tyres some times too. want second rims so i can keep road tyres nice. i like look of the sp23 wheels so they might end up as the road rims have to see how they look. they come with 205/50/17 tyres so the 205/45/17 should fit nice.
