Are they worth bothering about?
And what about alloy steering knuckles?
My mate that does my alignment has just started his own suspension business and sent me a message saying he can get this stuff for me, but I have no idea whether its worth doing or not? (And I'm not going to ask him in case he's just trying to get himself some easy business)

the diff bushes would be good for reducing wheel hop. I've got alloy doughnuts that limit the amount of movement with the rubber bushes, it helps but wheel hop is still present.
As for the steering knuckles, does he mean nissan silvia style where it replaces the rubber connector in the steering 'rod', cause i'm not too sure if we have one of those, at least not the same weak arse design the sils have. They use it to get more direct feed back, worth a try if its cheap.
