HELP ...different bilstein question...

...rather than hijck someone elses post i thought id ask here:

what is the difference between the 10th anniversary edition bilstein shocks & springs and the 2004 SE shocks and springs?

are they the same shocks with different springs? or same springs? different spring rates? ...etc

does the bilstein shocks and springs on the 10AE lower the car at all...?
