Ok.
My konis have 3 possible spring perch (seat) heights
At the moment, it is setup on the topmost groove
Is this groove the highest or lowest that my car will sit?
ie. if I want to raise my car, can I use the lower grooves or am I as high as I can go?

That's the highest setting. Your springs look standard so your car should be about normal height.
It may be possible to get a new groove put into the shocks at a higher position (this was suggested to me for my old Bilsteins and I'm assuming the Konis would work the same).
Out of interest ... why would you want it higher?

I have Eibachs all around and the rear is bl00dy low
I wouldn't mind a bit more suspension travel, especially now that I have fitted 17's.
I have a set of lowered Kings that I will now fit to the car. Just wanted to confirm that I had no adjustment left with the current setup.

Three things:
1. The Eibachs are a far better spring then the Kings - don't change them.
2. The rear ride height is probably about ideal.
3. 17" wheels will destroy the gains made by having quality dampers, springs and the right ride height.
So the answer is to forget the Kings and chuck the 17" wheels

What Casey said. I had a King/Koni combo on my first five. I then went to a Eibach/Koni combo. The kings were a much harder ride than the Eibachs. I agree that it is much lower ride, which required me to modify the rear bump stops. . If you want to raise the ride height you could always revert back to the original springs. I have been told that this is a good compromise. I have also heard of someone have another groove cut into the damper body to provide another perch height option.
