Ok, been looking through the yahoo auctions and i've seen that the rx7 control arms look pretty similar to the mx5 one so i was wondering if anyone knew if they would fit?
Reason i'm asking is cause it looks like they have a bit more clearance for more steering lock (gonna up grade my tie rods soon fro more lock, but this will require i run +0 offset rims - i'd rather have control arms with more clearance)
Also they are aluminium so if this works the race guys may be interested in saving on some unsprung weight.
It looks like it may give a little more castor and camber just by replacing the arms.
Only problems i see are:
1) if the spacing is different for the camber pins,
2) If the ball join is a different size
3) The place where the shock bolts on has two bolt holes instead of one
If anyone knows about this please post up, or if anyone has a set of RX7 FD lower control arms laying around then can a borrow them? I'll take them to MX5 plus and use one of their half cuts to see the fitment.

ok upon some more comparing of pictures it looks like the two hole i was talking about are just one for the actual shock and the other must be for holding brake line brackets or something.
I'm probably gonna drop by my local freindly rotor mechanic and see if he has some lying around, or if he knows wheather they'll fit or not - he's really good with that stuff!!
