Spring rates

How do I find out what spring rates my tein coilovers have?

You can either take the numbers off the springs and check the Tein website or check these rates 396F/336R 8) For the NA, I reckon the rear rate is a bit stiff.....for an NB on the other hand, its pretty ideal. 8)
