My R888s were $225 in 205/50/15 so I'd shop around.

For reference that was Tyretek at Albion in Brisbane, who do a club discount.

thats a nice discount if its normaly 262... though NSW prolly just has a bigger tax on it knowing my luck.

anywhere in NSW give a club discount?

The Ebay Kumho's are private, the ones Boyracer refers to are 16's that the Lotus's use not the 15's but happy to be proven wrong. Put some bids in and get them cheap if you can, if not get the 205/225 R888's and be done with it! The 215's are the parallel imports in GGG (soft) and the 205/225's are the GG (normal) compound. :)

Go to Blairs. Talk to the owner at Narellan, who did a Tech Talk for the club last year and hit him hard for a good price.

bought the dodgy ebay ones, figured even if they are at 50% if im paying less than half price im ahead.

yeah im happy with that, couldnt get one new one for that with the prices i got.


guy got back to me today about new ones and they make a a 225/45 R15. thats almost spot on Dia wise. but he said 320ish a corner :shock: and about 290 for the 205s (thats the kumho v70a's)

The Lotus tyres were 16s and 17s...should have read the ebay add a bit better... :oops: :oops:

Good buy for $255... :mrgreen:
