I've got a couple of gearboxes to rebuild. Does anyone sell a rebuild kit of the routine parts, or will I be going through the parts catalogues and finding all the individual numbers?

you will likely need to get hold of a shop manual online. it will be the easiest way of getting all of the part numbers.

here you go.

For the bearings and oil seals, they should be readily available at, or at least through, your local bearing supplier, probably considerably cheaper than from the dealer, gaskets etc. could be either made or replaced by a good flange sealant. Shafts and gears will be harder to source however.
