Re: Radiator Replacement
Do you want recommendations on a replacement rad, or recommendations on someone to replace a rad, or both?

Re: Radiator Replacement
If your car is stock, I can't think of a reason to replace with other than the stock OEM equivalent. I've been looking into this myself as mine will need replacement before summer. I plan on buying one of these - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MAZDA-MX5-NA-1-6ltr-1-8ltr-1989-1997-MANUAL-RADIATOR-KOYO-QUALITY-/322049824026.

I think that may be what's in mine or at least it's branded Koyorad so won't be too different. Looks very OEM though I know it isn't original. MX5 Mania apparently recommended the previous owner change it as the tank was the typical very brown colour they go before failing so it was replaced along with all water hoses.

Re: Radiator Replacement
If in far southeast, for anything MX5: Gerald & Chaz @ Mammi Motors, 10 Industrial Drv, Somerville, 5977 7973. Otherwise any good mechanic or radiator shop.
Following is a popular replacement:
Alternatively, some go for an ASI 42mm (52mm not required for standard MX5) full aluminum rad:

Re: Radiator Replacement
I bought the ASI 42mm rad from ebay over a year ago and it's been great and very reasonable price.
