Postby StanTheMan » Sun Jun 10, 2018 6:40 pm

there isnt much room to bolt it down on the drivers side.
they do suggest to have it near the fuel rail.

I have seen it mounted near the fuel tanlk on the return line but thats a fair way from the Action

any suggestion?

If youve seen the rate at which your fuel system cycles and you consider the fuel in the tank is being splashed in at a high rate by the pump and therefor mixing quite a bit, you can probably justify the rear position above the fuel filter. That's what we have always done. That's how I justify it anyway, and the results have been good. Just fill the tank with the new fuel from close to empty where possible and then drive it sensibly for a few hundred metres.

Easy.

OK thanks Dann.

Thats probably what I'll do then. ...saves the hassle of getting another wire through the firewall.
