I need to move on Patchy

before I press the button on this.

Patchy at first will be fairly standard on this with the BP-4W going in in a few weeks.
eventually this will change but to get the clutch in. I'm using the 1.6 flywheel

I'm looking at this.

Exedy have always been good to use.

The sport tuff ones are essentially just a slightly more robust stock one, pedal feel is basically the same, you probably wouldnt pick it isn't stock.

I really couldn't say to be honest.

It should be, i'm pretty sure there are a lot of people with more power than that, and using the same clutch.

For 160hp all you’ll need is a cheap Exedy Standard heavy duty. Contact Direct Services and they will give you a good deal. I bought the Exedy Cushion Button Ceramic Clutch with a heavy duty pressure plate for about $500. It’s holding 250whp perfectly and it does take abuse. Easy to use on street and track. Guys at Direct clutches told me it can handle 500nm of torque. I believe I’m currently around 290nm.

Try these, can make you a custom clutch based on your power and use or they can supply an off the shelf one http://www.npcperformance.com.au/

I just had one of theirs fitted (5 button ceramic), clutch same diameter as for the NA but on a BP flywheel. This may weight a little more but has less moment of inertia as it is a smaller diameter. Simply it should rev faster...

an object with 5kg mass at a distance of 0.250m from the axis will have a moment of inertia of 0.3125 kg m². Whereas the same mass at 0.275m has 0.3781 kg m². So you will have less drivetrain loss and more torque for the rear wheels...

+1 for NPC. Good product, excellent to deal with and fairly priced.
