Hoe to tell bent valves

Postby StanTheMan » Sat Dec 10, 2016 7:42 am

How to tell bent valves.

Recently I went too far in shaving my head. Got some damage on the head to suggest valveves have been hitting.

Visually there is no damage on the valves.
They retract into the seat fully with springs removed the also spin freely with hand.

Are they bent?

Put it back together and fill the bowl with kero or fuel to see if it leaks.
