Howdy,
I recently purchased an OBX branded alloy coolant reservoir. Nicely polished, welds were OK. It was a Xmas sale in the US, so the delivered price was half reasonable.
Problem is it does not fit. The mounts do not line up and require major fixing. Then the body is too wide and interferes with the pop up headlight arm. Just sent it back and trying to sort it out via fleabay.
Looking around, all the other options are too expensive, especially with the diving dollar and international delivery cost.
Who has used one for sale? Alloy, suit an NA, and at a reasonable price?
Bruce

I have never worked out what is the attraction of an alloy coolant reservoir. The plastic product is designed properly to do the job and it fits. They should give full credit i.e. not fit for purpose

But the plastic reservoirs age and yellow (the inside stains too), which is not very attractive. We all need bling.
