2nd Gear when cold start is near Impossible to engage
once motor is warmed up its fine !!!!!

Might be time to change you gearbox oil.
When was it changed last and what oil is in it?

Change your gearbox oil to a GL4.
I can almost guarantee whoever changed it previously used a GL5 oil.
I'm using Nulon 75W90 and their Smooth Shift additive and the change has gone from balky to smooooooth as.
