Will need a new flange at the very least.
Save your money for 1.6 headers.
There's far more in the way of second hand headers for the 1.6 anyway.

30 seconds of googling before you handed over money would have given you the answer to this.
Didn't you just go through this same thing with wheels???

Re: 1.8 Headers to fit 1.6
They won't fit.
The only way to get them to fit would be to basically hack them to pieces, then buy a new flange, then weld it all back together, then hack off the other end, then re-weld it to fit the midpipe.
Basically, you actually get them to fit you'd have to hack them up so much they wouldn't be Fujitsubo headers anymore, they'd be a Fujitsubo piece of pipe with 50 random welds from some guy.
Imagine you have a round hole to fill.
Some guy tells you he has a Square peg for sale, it's a really nicely made square peg and from a good company.
In order to use the square peg you would need to cut most of it away, chop parts off, glue other parts on, and do this until it's a round peg. Then it will fit.
The problem is that your new round peg is rough and looks shittier than a store bought round peg.
And it;s not a nice Square peg anymore because it's been chopped and changed into a DIY round peg.
Short answer:
No, they wont fit.
The cost to adapt them will be more than jsut buying the right one from the start, and it will never be as good.

Thanks guys. I canceled the deal. And the seller was happy to keep it on for sale for the right buyer. I suggest anyone with an na8 go grab it. It only wants 200.

Re: 1.8 Headers to fit 1.6
could have purchased the headers for cheap, on-sold for profit, purchased headers that will FIT your car and had some cash left over?
